Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we deliver Internationally.
How long does it take to ship the product? When will I receive my product?
For a customized product order it will take approximately 2-3 working days to complete. After that the item is being shipped. The shipping time depends on where the product is delivered to.
Within Canada–shipping can take between 5-7 days
Within USA- shipping can take between 7-14 days
Internationally – shipping can take 14 days and more, sometimes even few months (depending on the country).
How do I customize the tumbler on your tumbler page?
It is very simple. Once you have chosen the tumble you like, select the size (15 or. or 20 oz.). Next fill out the empty field bellow where it says “Name to be printed on the tumbler”. Click on Ad to Cart and you are good to go.
How can I wash the customized TUMBLER/DRINKWARE product?
You can place your item in the dishwasher (TOP RACK ONLY) to keep away from the heating element.
For longer lasting bright colours WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND WASHING BY HAND.
How can I wash/care for the customized T-SHIRT?
The best way to wash the garment is inside out on a warm temperature setting (NOT HOT). It is recommended to hang to dry to extend the durability of the vinyl design. If dryer is being used make sure the garment’s design is on the inside and the temperature setting is on warm. Do not iron on top of the vinyl design.
What material is the onesie made out of?
The baby onesies are made of 100% cotton. The graphic design is made out of vinyl.
What material is the T-shirt made out of?
Most of our T-shirts are made of 100% cotton. In some cases we use Polyester shirts as well.
Each product has the description of what it is made of. Once you choose the image you like click on the DESCRIPTION.
Can I return my product?
If your product is customized you cannot return the item. If something is wrong with the product please get in touch with us and we will rectify the matter. You can e-mail us at: info@mishmishgifts.com
If your product is not customized and in new condition you can return it at your own return shipping expense.
Once your order is returned, and item after inspection deemed in its original condition, full refund for the item will be granted.
The shipping cost will not be refunded.
I would like to order a special customized product you don’t sell, can you still make it?
We love creating new ideas and unique products. We would love to help you. If you are interested in something particular/different please send us an e-mail to: info@mishmishgifts.com or fill out the form in the Contact Us page. You can give us a brief description and also upload the image you would like us to print on the desired product. Once you send us the information we will contact you within 24 hours and take it from there.
I am sending my order as a gift directly to the intended person. Can you include a special note?
Yes we can include a special note. Please fill out the form at the CHECKOUT page before paying.
I have a special t-shirt design in mind. Could you design a unique one for me?
Yes, we can definitely create a special, unique t-shirt that’s not available online! Just send us your telephone number and email, along with a good-quality JPG or PDF of the image you’d like, and we will get in touch with you to finalize the details.

What is the image size I need to send in?
For a clear and crisp image when sublimating on a t-shirt or tumbler, the recommended image size is:
- Resolution: At least 300 DPI (dots per inch) for high-quality printing.
- A minimum image size of 2000 x 3000 pixels is recommended for larger designs (depending on the print area).
This ensures the image will print sharply without pixelation or loss of detail.
